SMK3 audit is conducted to measure the success of ongoing projects by an impartial and skilled individual.
Audits of SMK3 should take place at least annually.
Checklist 1 – Procedure
A checklist is an effective tool to reduce medical errors. It can take various forms, from posters and pinned up in operating rooms to forms stored in equipment carts or being embedded in electronic health records; but regardless of its form or purpose it should always be readily available when an emergency arises.
A great checklist should be easy to read and comprehend, covering all relevant steps. Furthermore, it should be tested by those who will use it, since they are best equipped at spotting any inaccuracies or discrepancies in its performance. Over time, workers often develop new ways of performing tasks which were initially unintended so a great checklist must account for such changes in performance. Once finished, the checklist should be shared among relevant groups by either email distribution or hand delivery so it will reach its target audiences quickly and be utilized.
Checklist 2 – Process
Process Checklists are lists that outline all of the steps necessary for successfully completing a project, including procedures, work instructions, and quality assurance measures. They’re useful for tracking progress while identifying any risks or areas for improvement that need attention.

Evaluation processes are an integral component of any project, helping assess whether its progress and success are on track. This typically requires gathering together a team – typically selected according to skills and expertise – for evaluation purposes. With this template as your guide, creating an evaluation checklist should not be difficult!
Evaluation of K3 involves several steps that must be completed in order to test its effectiveness, such as: identifying potential issues; establishing their cause; and assessing their effect on the company. Evaluation must be carried out by a competent individual to ensure that K3 remains effective.
Evaluation is a critical component of any business and essential for its survival in today’s competitive markets. Regular SMK3 evaluation should take place so as to optimize company and employee performance and achieve ultimate success.
